ABOUT US
New Leaders is a non-profit 501c3, conceived,
developed and offered by a team of leaders, all graduates of an intensive
year-long leadership program. New Leaders works collaboratively in
partnership with other non-profit organizations.
The core team, including board members and other
associates, bring skills and experience in leadership from different careers in
education. corporate management, non-profit and community service.
We have been inspired by our
work with The Coaches
Training Institute Leadership Program.

WESTERN REGION
Linda Lea, Ph.D., CPCC
is a former professor, an international Education Consultant, a certified
professional coach, lecturer and author. She brings curriculum development, oral
and written communication skills to the team.

Jim Tonery a life long teacher, brings experience in
many facets of outdoor education, facilitation, New Games and Ropes Course
leadership and training. He is currently on the board of Challenge Sonoma, an
organization that takes Ropes Courses to people of all ages.

Cynthia Brown, ACSM cPT, CFC 1,
is a mother of 3 children, a
certified personal trainer, CrossFit Level 1 certified, professional nutrition/life coach and founder of
Cynergy Training. She brings her passion for children's health, experiential
training and program development to the team
