The New Leaders Leadership Program brought together 20 high school-age participants from the South Shore area of
Massachusetts into a 4-day intensive workshop utilizing proven leadership
activities.
Participants engaged in
an all-day ropes course at
Project Adventure in Beverly, MA, group team-building exercises, and interactive
leadership projects all while immersed in an environment where they are
encouraged to think outside the box, test their new skills and create a
community project that has meaning and purpose to them.
These community projects
are on-going and each of these “new”
leaders will be mentored and coached for a full year as they make our community
stronger by their efforts.

Cynergy CrossFit hosted a
5K Fun Run & Cow Patty Bingo event on Saturday, April 4, 2009.
We
$1,345 raised from this event to help fund scholarships for participants who
will be attending this program.
