PROGRAMS
Our
programs are offered in a variety of forms – throughout an academic year, and
during the summer, as a 3 to 4 day intensive, including a ropes course, and as
individual segments integrated with other training. The curriculum is for young
people committed to action and change in their lives. New Leaders provides
training to all youth, regardless of socio-economic background, culture, gender
or race. We help design solutions to social problems concerning youth, with
innovative techniques and ongoing support.
Courses
have been delivered in California, Hawaii, Colorado, Kenya and Tanzania.
An
important aspect of The New Leader philosophy is the creation of on-going
mentoring and coaching relationships with students and the global leadership
community.
